DUN-GOOD RIDERS INC CLUB MEETING MINUTES
June 15th 2021 Club Shed- Dunbar, WI
Meeting called to order at 6:02 P.M. by president Brad Reabe – 12 people in attendance
Roll was taken, President Brad Reabe, treasurer Dave Schultz, Membership chair Mary Lou Neumann, Officers Pat Dashnier, Jeff Thielen, Daryl Gardner, and Jim Schuh present Secretary John Criel.
Vise President Debbie Dashnier Absent.
Motion was made to approve the agenda by Jim Schuh second by Jeff Thielen motion carried.
June 15th, 2021 meeting minutes were read off by Secretary John Criel. Motion made by joe, Second by Jeff Thielen.
Officer’s reports, Pat reports that all brushing is looking good, and all the equipment is fixed.
BY-LAWS, were updated by President Brad Reabe, Motion made to accept by Mike Dashnier, second by Jeff Thielen
County O, is moving forward to get it open, County board has to approve to continue.
Skid steer replacement month of July.
Benefit ride, Jeff Thielen reported that they need to find bar tenders, food servers, posters were introduced by Jeff Thielen.
Open house were still setting up for it, we will have a separate meeting for the food and beverages.
Club will bring up the thoughts about a trailer at next meeting.
Fire works, donated money, all were in favor.
Sale for clothing, we will get some bids on hats and shirts.
Correspondence, Accident on spur lake rd. We will follow up with the sheriffs office on what should be done, and a call from the sheriffs department on a missing lady with dementia out by the lake, she was located and safe.
Members input, John Criel is going to take the side by side and put it in the parade at polish festival at Armstrong Creek, and display it at the polish heritage building. And also sell tickets. The next day the side by side will be returned to the green shack for display.
Webb site is up and moving forward.
Next meeting Date: July 20, 2021 at the club Shed-Dunbar, WI beginning at 6:00 P.M.
Annual meeting to follow July 20, 2021 at club shed.
