DUN-GOOD RIDERS CLUB MEETING MINUTES
February 15th, 2022 8-HI Club, Goodman WI.
> meeting called to order at 6:04 p.m. by President Brad Reabe 30 people in attendance. Motion made by to accept by Chuck Samuel, Second by Jeff Theilen.
> roll was taken, President Brad Reabe, Vice President Debb Dashiner, Treasurer Dave Schultz.(Diane Schultz), Secretary John Criel, Membership Mary Lou Neumann, officers Pat Dashiner, Jim Schuh, Jeff Thielen Present. Daryl Gardner absent.
>Secretary report read by John Criel, Motion made to accept by Dave Schultz, Second Mary Lou Neumann. Carried.
> Treasurers report read by Diane Schultz accompanied by Dave Schultz. Motion made to accept by Mary Lou Neumann, Second by Jim Schuh. Carried.
> Officers report: Pat Dashiner reports that the trails are in excellent condition but there is some icy corners. Also reports that the sure-trac is back together and hooked up to the drag.
> Dave Schultz is going to look into getting cedar poles for signs.
> Old business: 28 degree rule was mute by Tom Vanzeland, second by Diane Schultz.
> Brat fry: Kevin Rocque reported that even the prices were higher it was a good turn out.
> Audit: John, Jeff, Ken will pick a date.
> Summer fund raiser: We will have further discussion on summer rides.
> correspondence: A lot of positive talk from riders on the trail. But wish the web site would be a little more updated.
> Members input: Vise President Debb Dashiner apologized to the members for last months incident. Deb Dashiner was reinstated by Board members at last board meeting. Officers were praised by the members for there outstanding job on the trails.
