DUN-GOOD RIDERS INC CLUB MEETING MINUTES
April 20, 2021 Club Shed – Dunbar, WI
- Meeting called to order at 6:05 p.m. by President Brad Reabe – 12 people in attendance.
- Roll was taken, President Brad Reabe, Treasurer Dave Schultz, Membership Chair Mary Lou Neumann, Officers Pat Dashnier, Jeff Thielen, Daryl Gardner Jim Schuh Present. Mike Dashnier, Vice President Debbie Dashnier, Absent.
- Motion was made to approve the Agenda by Darryl Gardner second Bob Keuhn, Motion Carried.
- March 16, 2021 Meeting Minutes were distributed for review, Motion was made to accept by Jim Scuh, Second by Chuck Samuel, Motion Carried
- Treasurers Report was read by President Brad Reabe motion was made to accept the Treasurers Report as read by Jeff Thielen, second by Cheri Reabe motion carried.

Old Business
Trail Report/Trail Work/Equipment/Signs
- Pat Dashnier reported all trails groomed, the bridge on 600 needs deck and rail replacement. Will be addressed once all equipment repaired and ready for summer grooming.
Brat Fry Reschedule
- No reschedule date has been determined at this time.
SNARS GPS Tracking
- We need to make our own harnesses all SNARS equipment needs to be up and running by 11/1/21.
By-Laws Update
- The membership aligned to remove the Term Limits and proceed with an additional review.
WATVA Convention
- President Brad Reabe attended the convention, there was moderate turn out from around the state. Primary points relate to Two-Up riding law and aftermarket seats. This will be enforced and cited this year. The state now has over 45,000 miles of road routes, however, still only has 3,000 miles of funded trails, the majority of which are in the four county area of Marinette, Forest, Florence and Oconto.
Snow Roller
- We will continue to evaluate and look at options however it will not be a priority at this time.
New Business
County Alliance Update
- No meeting until September. In the interim we will be securing advertisers from our area and we need to turn in by July 15.
Booyah Sale
- Discussed still intend to continue with the sale on Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend. The addition of hamburgers and chips. We will utilize the event to promote clothing and raffle sales. Need to arrange volunteers from 10:00 – 3:00.
County O ATV/UTV Access
- Discussed needing a local sponsor to send a letter to the town requesting access from Veterans Park to Mountain Road.

Members Input
- Jeff Thielen inquired about Gas Cards for Groomers, this was approved at the last meeting and these will be purchased.
- Pat Dashnier brought up that the Skid Steer is in pretty rough shape and will require some expensive maintenance. Dave Schultz has agreed to gather quotes for replacement, and we will discuss at the next meeting.
Darryl Gardner made a Motion to Adjourn at 7:00 second by Jim Schuh Motion Carried
