By-Laws Update
Brad Reabe brought up updating the By-Laws as they have not been updated since 2004. AWSC has recommended that Term limits be included in our re-write of the By-Laws. The proposed new By-Laws will be reviewed by the Board, once there is alignment from the Board the By-Laws will be provided to the Membership which by State Statute requires discussion and input from the Membership in two consecutive Monthly Meetings. Once we have met that requirement we can put the By-Law change to vote by the membership to formalize the changes.
