> Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m. by president Brad Reabe- 22 people in attendance.
> Roll was taken, President Brad Reabe, absent Treasurer Dave Schultz, membership Mary lou Neumann,absent, officers Pat Dashnier, Jeff Thielen,
Vice President Debb Dashnier, Secretary John Criel, Daryl Gardner, Jim Schuh.
>Motion was made to approve the agenda by Jim Schuh, second by Debb Dashnier motion carried.
>November 9th, 2021 minutes were distributed for review, Motion was made to accept as written by Mike D,second by Cheri Reabe. Motion carried.
>Treasurers report was read off by Diane Schultz, Motion was made to accept the treasurers report as read by Jeff Thielen, second by Jim Schuh motion carried.
> Officers reports
Pat Dashnier reports that all the wood is in for the bridges and stacked in the club shed, and all the trails are in good condition and may be a few slippery spots.
Trails have been holding a good base.
Old Business
Trail report/Trail work/Equipment/Signs
> Randy Sipple will be picking up the tires for the suretrac in Chilton, Wi.
> Marrinette has the say so when trails close, Club has the say so on trails closed for the safety of all riders.
> Web site has been updated.
>SHOP RULES: You use the shop and break something, say something. And clean up your mess! Report any use to Pat Dashnier.
Alliance update
> They are talking about ATV and UTV’s tearing up the trails.
Brat fry
> Brat fry is all set up to go, but could use a few more volunteers to help,
Date set for February 5th, at 8-HI club. Starts at 11:00 a.m.
New business
>By pass at rock hill, Paper company gave an ok to use an alternate route.
> the 28 degree rule: 12 agree and 8 disagree. The rule should be carried through if we are crossing private property. And also for the safety for all riders.
We have a job here to make it as enjoyable for riders and bring in all types of riders to local establishments. THINK SMART AND DISCUSS IT< NO MORE ARGUING. Motion made to accept by Jim Schuh, second by Mike D.
